GIS and Data Entry

GIS (Geographic Information System) is used to capture, manage, analyse and present different forms of spatial information. We use GIS software to digitise data collected during desktop surveys, field surveys and monitoring programmes, and to produce high quality maps to display the results. We use databases such as Recorder 6 for collection and collation of biological records.
